PLACING AN ORDER:

  3. Checkout:
    Whenever you want to checkout, please click on the "checkout" link at the top of right hand side. And following the instruction to fill the required fields with the necessary information.

PAYMENT METHOD:

  1. Paypal Standard Service.
  2. Credit Card or Debit Card.

SHIPPING METHOD:

  1. Fedex, Ground Service.
  2. United States Postal Service.

To ensure prompt delivery, please provide a physical shipping address as we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

RETURN POLICY:

  1. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
  2. No Returns without our authorization.
  3. We will return our office supplies product only with good condition & original package, all custom-made products will not accept returned.
  4. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days after issuance with original packaging only Defective merchandise will be exchanged within the first 7 days of receipt. (We won’t accept all custom-made products returned)
  5. A minimum of 25% restocking fee is applied to all returns and cancellations. (We won’t accept all custom-made products returned)

jyptech.com does not hold any responsibilities and is not obligated to fulfill orders with incorrect pricing, material. template or product specifications due to typographical errors. All upload file formats must be able to directly print the document clearly. We shall have the all right to cancel or refuse any such order without liability.

Office supplies are generally inventory, but other custom-made products are not in stock, because there is not unforeseen reasons, custom-made products can not be shipped on time, the customer can not be held jyptech.com any responsibility. We will as soon as possible to processing your order !
